Summer Intern

I'm a Senior at Adrian College with a major in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. I'm so excited to be interning with Joy Family Center this summer and cannot wait to build relationships and knowledge throughout this journey! I have a strong focus on helping others and although I'm not certain what I want my future to hold, I know I want to do just that. Mental health is so important to me and I love that through school and experience, I can potentially make a positive impact on someone's life! I have experience as an Intern at Safehouse Center in Ann Arbor and have had the opportunity to volunteer in the community and engage with so many different groups of people. Additionally, I'm grateful to have the chance to explore my interests further in the Fall by interning at a detention center where I will work towards helping juveniles with their rehabilitation. In my free time, I enjoy being active, spending time with my favorite people, being creative, and occasionally starting a good book (Working on the finishing part of that hobby). So happy to be here!
