Meghan Stimmel, LLMSW
Clinical Social Worker
Meghan Stimmel has been working with clients for over 2 years and currently holds a LLMSW and CAADC-DP. She completed her undergraduate coursework at Eastern Michigan University and majored in Health Administration with Departmental Honors. Meghan obtained her Master of Social Work degree at Madonna University with a Mental Health/Addictions specialization and has several years of experience in the substance use field including employment history at Common Ground, Brighton Center for Recovery, and Milford Counseling. Meghan enjoys continuing her education through training programs focused on innovative healing modalities including vibrational sound therapy, meditation, inner child healing, spirituality, and conscious creation.
Meghan enjoys working with people dealing with issues related to marriage and relationship difficulties, substance use, anxiety and depression, presenting trauma, or anyone looking to transform their life and move past blocks to their highest path. She also enjoys volunteering and giving back to various communities through service at St. Andrews Breakfast Program, the Huron Valley Women’s Correctional Center, and HOPE Against Trafficking.
Outside of work, Meghan is the mother to a 5 year old son named Keegan and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also loves traveling, working on creative passion projects, and continuing to learn and evolve. Meghan believes that everyone has the ability to live as the most authentic versions of themselves and hopes to empower her clients to become balanced, happy, and free.
