Limited License Psychologist
Sydney Climie, TMLP is a master's level limited license psychologist. She completed her undergraduate degree at Central Michigan University, where she studied neuroscience and psychology. She received her master's degree from Northern Michigan University, where she studied psychology at both the clinical and experimental level. Sydney's clinical experience includes advocating for victims of domestic violence as well as providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a wide range of issues in a private practice setting. Sydney integrates a variety of evidence-based techniques to help her clients overcome life challenges, limiting subconscious beliefs, and previous trauma in order to live the most authentic, fulfilled lives possible. Sydney believes practices such as mindfulness and psychological flexibility are fundamental to the therapeutic process. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, past trauma, and current life obstacles.
Outside of work, Sydney enjoys downhill skiing, traveling, and hiking with her dog Emmett.
