These are some of the insurances we commonly accept. The best way to find out if we are in network is to complete an appointment request form.

All of our clinicians can take any Aetna plan, except medicaid, from any state.

Blue Cross Blue Shield
All of our clinicians can take any BCBS plan from any state.

Only fully licensed clinicians can take BCN.

United Healthcare
Our fully licensed clinicians can take any United plan, except medicaid, from any state.
We recommend contacting your insurance provider if you have any questions about your insurance plan prior to attending your scheduled appointment. We will bill your insurance provider for services.
Deductibles, copays, and any additional fees will be charged to your credit card on file. Typically these are charged same day or the following day.
