Jennifer Jakubowski

Office Manager

Jen comes to us with a colorful background. Obtaining double majors in Communications and Theater with a Children’s Literature minor from EMU, she went on to work as administrative staff in the optical field for 8 years. She then moved on to be a project manager for a CPA firm and has finally found her place among the Joy Family Center team as the Office Manager. She is passionate about mental health and enjoys the detailed work it takes to help others be matched with clinicians. Outside of work, Jen has a 13-year-old Terrier Beagle named Katie and spends much of her free time performing in plays around Ypsilanti.

She is happy to help, and will be the pleasant person you speak to when you email, or call into the office.
